An Englishman visiting the United States was driving on the right side of the road for the first time in his life. The car he was driving didn't have a spare tire (or even a spare tyre). He had a flat while driving, but he didn't let the flat get in the way of his driving. He drove for hundreds of miles without thinking about it at all. Please explain how this could be.
